STRATFUND AS AUSTRALIAN FINANCIAL SERVICES LICENCE HOLDER, IS AUTHORISED TO ACT AS A TRUSTEE TO UNREGISTERED MANAGED INVESTMENT SCHEMES.
The Trustee has a fiduciary responsibility to conduct a trust's business in accordance with its Trust Deed and is obligated by law to do so in the best interests of the beneficiaries of the trust (sometimes referred to as a fund). The Trustee is responsible for identifying all the trust property and maintaining, protecting and controlling trust property in accordance with the Trust Deed.
